{"id":749,"date":"2012-08-29T20:58:58","date_gmt":"2012-08-29T19:58:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mohoyt.com\/blog\/?p=749"},"modified":"2012-10-23T14:44:30","modified_gmt":"2012-10-23T13:44:30","slug":"velvia-50-results","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mohoyt.com\/blog\/2012\/velvia-50-results\/","title":{"rendered":"Velvia 50 results"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/farm9.staticflickr.com\/8053\/8112428974_7cc55725cd_c.jpg\" title=\"Wells-next-the-sea\" class=\"aligncenter\" width=\"800\" height=\"534\" \/>I mentioned in my previous <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mohoyt.com\/blog\/2012\/08\/26\/fuji-velvia-50\/\" title=\"Fuji Velvia 50\">post<\/a> that I had come across some of this fantastic Velvia 50, and had sent it off for processing. Well it&#8217;s back, I&#8217;ve put it on Facebook, and I love it. The colours are just wonderful, they give that wonderful slightly faded seventies over-redded highlight images that I feel would make Yosemite look like a dream. Yellows are serene, blues are a little murky, but combined with bright green they glow like nothing else. Red is apparent in a lot of the white\/light blue sky shots yet is hardly bright on its own. <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/farm9.staticflickr.com\/8052\/8112420669_808f4a631e_c.jpg\" title=\"Coastal Path\" class=\"aligncenter\" width=\"534\" height=\"800\" \/><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/farm9.staticflickr.com\/8469\/8112428354_f9e58147fa_c.jpg\" title=\"Seaside Fish-n-Chips\" class=\"aligncenter\" width=\"800\" height=\"534\" \/><br \/>\nI took most of these shots while in Norfolk, walking along coastal paths to Wells-next-the-sea. The pretty fierce sunlight during most of the day really helped produce some of the contrast shown. The couple below are from Pembroke College.
