Fresh Bread…

Yo, so I got bored and thought I should get into a new hobby or even get keen trying something new. Just in the spirit of well, not all that much. So I’m totally getting into making lots of fresh bread. It’s pretty easy, as long as you have a bit of time to wait, and it’s dead cheap too, and the results generally taste so much better than you can get in the store. This is my third loaf this week. I’m gradually getting making more complicated things, I started with just a plain white loaf, then a mostly wholemeal one, and now this is 4/5 white, 1/5 wholemeal, with an autolyse overnight (with 1/3 of the ingredients). So simple, yet the results are so good. It’s basically this recipe, but with slightly different flour. Anyway, I gotta rye on the go right now, so it’ll be interesting to see how it turns out. I’ll keep you posted.
